Vice Adm. Johnny Wolfe Jr., director for Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), presents Ms. Tracy Arnold-Berrios, the technical director at PAE SSP and a member of the Senior Executive Service, with the Director’s Award at the biannual Steering Task Group (STG) meeting in Washington D.C. on May 13, 2026.

Throughout her 38 years of service to the program, Ms. Arnold-Berrios led crucial programs for guided missile submarines (SSGN), infrastructure, and nuclear weapon safety and surety. The Director’s Awards are presented annually with the purpose of recognizing the personal contributions of the PAE SSP government team. To date, only 50 people have received the Director’s Award, including this year’s recipients. Wolfe also presented this year’s Fleet Ballistic Missile Lifetime Achievement Awards at the STG meeting.
